Compliance

Integrity and responsibility as the basis for our actions

Compliance at LS telcom AG and its affiliated companies

Compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations is of central importance to Radio Telecommunication Services.

Our compliance management system (CMS) is designed to ensure that all business areas act responsibly and in accordance with the law.

Our goal is to identify potential risks at an early stage and take active measures to prevent violations.

This commitment applies not only to the management, but also to all executives, employees and our business partners. Together, we create a corporate culture based on integrity and transparency.

Our compliance management system

The CMS of Radio Telecommunication Services is designed to provide clear guidelines and processes that ensure legally compliant conduct. It serves as the foundation for the implementation of our compliance strategy and is in line with our commitment to consistently fulfil ethical values and legal requirements.

An essential part of our compliance management system is dealing with public officials and preventing corruption. Radio Telecommunication Services is actively committed to preventing any form of corruption, whether through clear guidelines, training or raising awareness of the risks and consequences of misconduct.

Our employees and business partners are required to adhere to these principles and implement them consistently.

To ensure the effectiveness of our CMS, we have appointed an external compliance officer, Mr Karl Würz. Mr Würz is responsible for the implementation, monitoring and further development of our compliance system. He is available to the management, our employees and business partners at any time – either in person, by telephone or by email.

Our code of conduct

The most important principles and rules of conduct at Radio Telecommunication Services are summarised in our Code of Conduct. This serves as a guideline for ethical and legally compliant behaviour and forms the basis for our business activities. The Code of Conduct is supplemented by specific compliance processes and guidelines that provide clear instructions for various business situations.

Working together for a strong compliance culture

Compliance is a central component of our corporate culture. Through regular training, open communication and clear guidelines, we promote awareness of the importance of compliance at all levels of the company.

Radio Telecommunication Services is convinced that consistent compliance management not only ensures legal certainty, but also strengthens the trust of our employees, business partners and customers. Together, we create the basis for responsible and sustainable corporate governance.
